The cj-5 has the distinct honor of being a vehicle that was hard to kill off. This chevy powered 1965 cj-5 is a complete hand built frame-up custom restoration job. Powered by a 2000 chevy 4. 3 l35 motor with a brand new upgraded multi-port injection, custom made exhaust headers, cold air intake system, a custom aluminum radiator and dual exhaust. S hooked up to a borg-warner t-90 3 speed manual transmission, dana 18 transfer case and dana 44 rear and 27 front axles. The original brakes have been replaced by big disk brakes pushed by wilwood master cylinder and a jeep yj wrangler brake/clutch pedals. The hydraulic clutch has a wilwood clutch cylinder. With steel braided fuel lines and a mr. Power steering is hooked up to a saginaw steering column. The frame was striped and painted, underside of body sprayed; itã¢?? S painted inside with rhino bed liner. The body was removed from the frame, floor pans were replaced, as were the fenders and tailgate. Crager steel wheels and 31 inch tires, the swing away spare tire carrier is custom design and hand built. It does include the full bestop supertop with 2 piece removable doors. Full functional specs books with all parts information and wiring information. The inside has new vinyl seats. Additional options on this 1965 jeep cj-5 are am/fm radio, cd player, manual convertible top, power steering, seat belts, vinyl interior, radial tires, and raised white letters. AM/FM✔ CD Player

The engine has been updated with a superchip reprogram and a cold air intake. The interior of the jeep did not get left out at all with the addition of a pioneer avh-4200nex stereo with bluetooth and remote control that is pumping sound to a roll bar mounted sound bar and two 12 inch polkaudio subwoofers mounted in a custom box and located in the cargo area. Wild boar handles make climbing into this beast an easy task for anyone. Power windows and locks, jeep steering wheel cover and a neoprene jeep cover on the console armrest. Everything that has been done to this jeep has been done the right way with quality parts and professional installation. If jeep had a factory package called ã¢?? This is not a jeep for those satisfied with good enough though. Xrc rock guards were added on the sides to prevent devastating contact with boulders. A smittybilt stinger front bumper was installed to prevent nose-over rolls, and a matching smittybilt 9. 5k winch was mounted to that in case that mud was deeper than it looked. The whole truck was sprayed in a custom black textured polyurethane coating, making this jeep impervious to the elements. Adding to the trail capability of this jeep are rigid industries midnight edition led lighting, including a 50ã¢?â bar above the windshield and double spots in the corners. The headlights and taillights are led units as well, really allowing this wrangler to light up the night. Inside, this jeep transforms from all business to pure driving pleasure with the custom leather and polyester seats, a/c, am/fm/cd, gps navigation, premium alpine all weather audio, power windows, and power locks.
